If I didn’t have to sleep……..
I’ve always loved the creative process. For years my creativity was expressed mostly through my work as a child psychologist, finding ways to a reach a child who was hurting or scared. Retired since May 2024, it seems that all I want to do is make art, and there are never enough hours in the day! When I get inspired by a walk in the woods or a visit to a museum or the color of the sky, I can’t get home fast enough! And sleep can wait! And my artistic interests know no bounds. I’ve worked in fabric, cardboard, wood, clay, beading, colored pencils and even music composition (My CD of all original children’s music is called “Little One”) and then, of course, painting. I've never gone to art school or had any formal music training, so I hope you enjoy my work!
